Our Mission
Speira is a private conscious community of no more than 150 members composed of those who are seeking to expand their consciousness and who are actively shaping the world:
- Executives and leaders with the influence to drive meaningful change in business, policy, or culture
- Founders and entrepreneurs building ventures that serve for a better world
- Healers, mystics, and thinkers who are also doers
Speira is a diverse group across the globe, however we have a shared intention and a passion for deepening awareness and acting in consciousness. Each member walks their own path of transformation and together we learn and evolve.

Our Goal
Speira is dedicated to exploring and advancing rational, coherent, and life-affirming post-materialist worldviews. Today's materialist worldviews increasingly struggle to account for higher-order realities and profound human experiences of meaning and purpose. They have become a constraint on our collective evolution. A more integrated understanding of reality is essential if humanity is to successfully face the challenges ahead.
Speira has the dual goal of cultivating a genuine ecology of practices, combining research, experience, and embodiment of lived wisdom. The idea is that our EoP may work in service of integrating transcendence and access to higher realities, with day-to-day life and work.
Think curated conversations, deep dives into niche mystical, philosophical and spiritual topics, small trusted councils, shared enquiry, private invitational teachings and offsite events, all designed to accelerate wisdom while staying grounded.
In doing so we explore practical ways to individually and collectively move towards a more compassionate and spiritually awakened civilisation.
Our Vibe
The spirit of the group is curiosity, humility, and practicality. We’re not chasing enlightenment trophies. We’re aiming, as the Taoists might say, toward the Way, the ongoing and inexhaustible development of our own consciousness in service of the whole.
Speira leans into a “yes, and…” vibe. Some of us come in anchored in the analytical, measurable, logical, and left-brained. Others move more through intuition, imagination, and right-brained knowing.
Both are essential parts of the whole.
Curiosity is our starting point. At the same time, we don’t suspend discernment, healthy skepticism keeps us honest and grounded. We hope to learn to hold both wonder and rigor, openness and inquiry, as complementary forces in the shared pursuit of truth.
